Culver City is 5 square miles surrounded by western Los Angeles, about 7 miles from LAX and home to 40,000 people.

It has many restaurants and art galleries, an Expo line station, the Ballona Creek and Culver Boulevard Median bicycle paths, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Fox Hills Mall, the historic Culver Hotel and Helms Bakery Complex, Sony Pictures Plaza, West Los Angeles College, Culver City Art District and Culver Ice Arena.
